Choosing the right PEO is a critical business decision.
We are your ally in the process.
Why Use PEOPossibilities?
In our business we do see business executives who personally undertake the process of evaluating their business as to whether or not it is a good potential “fit” for working with a PEO, and then undertaking the proposal submission/underwriting/review process with multiple PEOs. Or, in some cases they assign the task to another key employee, who is responsible for sorting out the bids for appropriate cost and fit, and presenting them to the executive for final decision.
At PEOPossibilities we can’t stress enough how important it is for the business executive to be involved in the process, particularly in the evaluation of proposals, but we recommend our service to do the “legwork” for you, and to consult with you over the findings, for these reasons:
- We can determine your company’s suitability for working with a PEO: Not every small business is a fit for the services of a PEO. Don’t waste time going down a path that is leading nowhere; let PEOPossibilities evaluate your company’s suitability for using a PEO, and your expectations of the PEO relationship. We’ll let you know if either or both are realistic before you invest any more in the process.
- We are experts in the PEO field. It is always in an executive’s best interest to focus on what they do best, and outsource the rest - in this case, evaluating PEOs and managing the proposal process. At PEOPossibilities, we know the pertinent, in-depth questions to ask of any PEO, and also have the expertise to analyze and present the data to a busy executive in the most efficient manner.
- We are impartial. Unlike a specific PEO vendor, we don’t have an agenda to push and are only interested in doing the best for our client, the small business owner. We handle the process efficiently and professionally, bringing forward for analysis only the top proposals, regardless of vendor.
- We are cost efficient. An enormous amount of time, much of it unforeseen at the outset, can be spent by a busy executive, and/or their key personnel, on a comprehensive PEO search. Simply put, your time is more valuable than that - or should be.
