Pete Wilkinson is a native Southern Californian with deep area roots. He moved to San Diego (from his hometown, Redlands) to attend college, then settled in to raise a family and immerse himself in the local business scene of the mid-1980s.
Mr. Wilkinson has an extensive background working with small businesses throughout his 30+ year professional career. This includes sales and management roles for several prominent U.S. corporations, including national PEOs Insperity (formerly Administaff), TriNet, and Oasis. In addition, he had a decorated career with ADP (Employer Services division), and prominent roles with AT&T, Sprint, and start-up Webmetrics (acquired by Neustar).
In each of these organizations and roles, Mr. Wilkinson delivered solutions to and consulted exclusively with C-level executives of small and mid-sized businesses, over time gaining great insight into the particular challenges facing the leaders of this backbone segment of U.S. business. It is via PEOPossibilities that he is able to work one-on-one with serious, growth-oriented small business executives, helping to deliver difference-making PEO solutions that serve as a catalyst in a progressive company's growth plan.
Mr. Wilkinson graduated from the San Diego State University School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He resides in San Diego with his wife Cecelia Sullivan, and away from work enjoys family time, tennis, SDSU sports, and managing his “other” small business with Cecelia, their musical duo “The Suburbans.”
